We had booked a table in the restaurant but decided to eat in the bar area instead as there was a roaring fire there which added to the ambience on a cold day.  All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent.

This western restaurant is located in Haberside, Bristol, is a beautiful restaurant with modern decoration. The restaurant is open for a long time, late at night, and even until the early morning on weekends. The western food made in the restaurant is exquisite and tastes good. Feeling the whole restaurant is so efficient that it hardly keeps guests waiting.

Came here for Sunday lunch. We had scallops and mushrooms for starters. The scallops were incredible - perfectly cooked and very tasty. Mushrooms were really good too. Trio of roasts came with beef, chicken and pork belly, three toasties, massive Yorkshire, bacon wrapped stuffing and veg. It was all fantastic. As was the mini dessert and cocktail combo - we went for lemon tart, brownie, passionfruit martini and espresso martini and couldn&apos;t fault them. Our server, Jude, was a credit to the restaurant (and I think he had only just started).   It&apos;s not cheap, all the above came to around £120 with a tip, but the cooking is worth it if you&apos;re looking for a great meal.

Great place

Kieran is great. He was attentive and has a great head of hair. Good food. Also Kieran is a great name. My steak was tasty and the beer was good.

Impending nuptials

Went out for our first anniversary. Atmosphere nice and chilled. Food was excellent. Our waiter Kieran was absolutely wonderful. Pleasant, funny, attentive, and all round class.

Good evening out

Had a lovely meal (compliments to the chef) the food was presented well and was very tasty, Really  friendly staff  who catered to all our needs. The restaurant was nicely presented and clean, Will definitely be back with family for an evening and their Sunday Lunch as heard there really good. Highly recommended this venue.

I have mixed feelings about what I&#39;m going to write right now.I want to keep it as focused and concise as I can.I arrived with my family.A spectacular day, and the terrace was inviting to sit.We ordered the drinks, and 10 minutes later they were ready.We ordered kids menu for the little one, and I&#39;m starter for us.We waited 1 hour, and after asking the staff several times (3 times), we received the same answer, that the food would be ready in 5/10 minutes.When I asked for the last time the same manager didn&#39;t bring the starter and children&#39;s menu within a few minutes, he excused himself on behalf of the restaurant and offered to treat us to the starter and children&#39;s menu, which would be on the house.He was polite and committed to the delay, and we thanked him.As is the case all over the UK, there is a lack of staff who know what they are doing and so the service these days is almost always lousy.The food was good, the roast was exquisite, but for the prices  on the food, they should have a more efficient service.

I&rsquo;ve visited so many times and always received a reasonable level of service and on occasion very good service however, today despite booking online and confirming my booking, the restaurant didn&rsquo;t have my reservation and I was made  to feel really unwelcome as I was told they had large parties!  This was meant to be a Christmas lunch for myself and a customer.  Reluctantly we were given a table after wr had to push do you have a table or not! The staff made it clear that walk ins were not being taken, even though I provided my email confirmation that I had pre-booked, so not  a great welcome or start!    The mulled wine ordered was virtually cold and the service and the rest of the meal followed the same unwelcoming vain. When ordering food we were told what we wanted wasn&rsquo;t on the menu , even though it was on the menu and again  the order reluctantly taken.   The chips arrived for my customersMeal stone cold, the rest of the food was ok.  The sparkling water with lime cordial arrived with water with a slice of lime and then finally the coffee arrived  also virtually stone cold!   I was so disappointed, this was meant  to be our Christmas lunch, ended up pretty disastrous meal and made to feel really unwelcome
